Customer Assistance Program

About the Program

Lancaster City Water offers a customer assistance program for all customers who are behind on their bills. The program is open to both homeowners and renters, whether they live inside or outside Lancaster City.

Lancaster City Water’s customer assistance program is funded by the City of Lancaster and administered by the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Customer’s income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (FPIG)
  • Customer must have received a shut off notice
  • Customer must be the tenant
